  • Who and when do I pay?

    You will be billed on your monthly employee invoice for your purchases.

  • When will my stuff arrive?

    While we cannot guarantee exact timelines, most orders will arrive within 4 weeks after the Shop closes. Reach out to Anna Henning if you need to meet a specific deadline.

  • What's the return policy?

    Due to the customization of these products, returns are not permitted.

  • Will KS reimburse my purchase again?

    Look for a separate communication with information surrounding employee credits. Reach out to Anna Henning if you have additional questions regarding store credit.

  • Can I write off my purchase for tax purposes?

    Ask your accountant.
